composer Richard G. Mitchell. The last few years have been a busy time for Richard who has been invited to score many movie soundtracks. His
most recent compositions being: ALMOST HEAVEN - a love story shot in Scotland starring Tom Conti; TEMPESTA - named after a painting by Giorgioni, is a thriller shot in Venice & set in the world of art forgery, directed by Tim Disney it stars Scot Williams & Malcolm
McDowell; THE CALL OF THE TOAD a strange fairy tale written by Günter Grass, directed by one of Poland’s most celebrated directors Robert Glinskî, for which the score was nominated for this year's Polish Academy Awards.
May 2005 saw the release of a Mike Barker directed feature, A GOOD
WOMAN. Following on from his 2004 film TO KILL A KING starring Tim Roth, Dougray Scott & Rupert Everett, Mike asked Richard on board once again to continue their successful working relationship. Richard created an eclectic score for this Oscar Wilde adaptation starring Scarlett Johansson, Helen Hunt and Tom Wilkinson. In between these features he wrote a more guitar based score for the Indie feature GRAND
THEFT PARSONS, starring Johnny Knoxville which received rave reviews at the 2004 Sundance Festival.
