"Incentive Music" ltd is an independent dance based company with records, publishing and producer management interests. Launched in 1999 and run by XL recordings / Positiva founder Nick Halkes, the company has enjoyed 38 top 40 singles since conception and currently has an active involvement in several labels that cover a variety of genres.
